01 Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the P1T mobile application (“App,” “Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Using P1T constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Free Features

• ✅ Priority access to new features
• ✅ Ad-free experience

Service Availability: We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

04 Eligibility

Age Requirements

• Minimum Age: 4+ (iOS), Everyone (Android)
• Under 13: Parental consent required for in-app purchases
• Under 18: Parental consent recommended for subscriptions

Account Requirements

• ✅ No user account registration required
• ✅ App usage is anonymous
• ✅ Subscription managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store

By using P1T, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirements, have authority to enter into these Terms, and will comply with all applicable laws.

05 Subscription Terms (P1T Pro)

Plans

We offer monthly and annual auto-renewable subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed in the App at the point of purchase via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices may vary by country and currency. The price shown at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, the trial period and any conditions will be clearly displayed before purchase. You will not be charged during the trial. Your subscription begins when the trial ends — cancel before it ends to avoid charges. One trial per user/account.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are applied to your Apple/Google account within 24 hours before the period ends. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase.

Payment

Payment is charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. We never see or store your payment details.

How to Cancel

Pro features remain active until the current period ends. No refund for unused time in the current period.

Refunds

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Google Play → Account → Purchase History → Report a problem). Refund decisions are made solely by Apple or Google. If refunded, Pro features are immediately revoked.

Subscription Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing (with 30 days notice), add or remove features from subscription tiers, or discontinue subscription offerings with reasonable notice. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification and release notes.

Restore Purchases

To restore a previous purchase on a new device: Settings → P1T Pro → Manage Subscription → Restore Purchases. Your subscription syncs from Apple/Google per their family sharing policies.

EU/UK Cancellation Rights

EU/UK consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period and may request a refund through Apple/Google subject to their policies. By using Pro features immediately after purchase, you may waive cooling-off rights per applicable regulations.

06 Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

Permitted Use

• ✅ View Formula 1 historical data and statistics
• ✅ Track race schedules and receive reminders
• ✅ Compare drivers and analyse race results
• ✅ Customise app appearance and settings

Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• ❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• ❌ Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• ❌ Circumvent subscription requirements or payment systems
• ❌ Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers
• ❌ Attempt to access backend systems or databases
• ❌ Interfere with app functionality or servers
• ❌ Use the App for any illegal purpose or to infringe intellectual property rights
• ❌ Resell or redistribute app data or content
• ❌ Harass, threaten, or impersonate others or P1T
• ❌ Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• ❌ Remove or obscure copyright notices

Enforcement: We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate your access without refund.

07 Intellectual Property & Feedback

P1T App Ownership

We own the P1T application code, design, user interface, branding, logo, and all original content. Copyright © 2025–2026 P1T. All rights reserved.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use P1T on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not allow redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial use.

Formula 1 Trademarks

“Formula 1,” “Formula One,” “F1,” and related marks are trademarks of Formula One Licensing B.V. Team names, driver names, and circuit names are property of their respective owners. FIA marks are their property. P1T is not officially affiliated with Formula 1, not endorsed by the FIA, and not an official Formula One product. We display publicly available historical F1 data for informational and entertainment purposes only.

User Feedback

When you submit feedback through the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and implement your suggestions. We have no obligation to compensate you or to act on suggestions. Feedback is stored in Firebase Firestore, not linked to your personal identity, and used solely for app improvement. Do not include personal information in feedback unless you intend for us to see it.

08 Disclaimers & Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, P1T IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

• ❌ No warranty of accuracy — F1 data may contain errors
• ❌ No warranty of availability — service may have downtime
• ❌ No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
• ❌ No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation

Data Accuracy

F1 historical data is sourced from publicly available records and provided for informational purposes only. It may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% correctness. Real-time data may have delays.

Not suitable for: betting or gambling decisions, legal proceedings, or any purpose requiring verified data. If you find inaccuracies, please contact us — we’ll investigate and correct verified errors.

Schedule Information

Race schedules are based on the publicly announced F1 calendar and are subject to change by Formula 1/FIA. We update schedules promptly when changes are announced, but we are not liable for FIA schedule changes, timezone conversion errors, device notification failures, or missed sessions due to app error. Always verify session times through official F1 sources.

Service Interruptions

We reserve the right to suspend service for maintenance, modify or discontinue features, and change app functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimer of warranties. If this applies to you, the above may not fully apply.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are NOT liable for:

• ❌ Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• ❌ Loss of profits, data, or use
• ❌ Service interruptions or errors
• ❌ Reliance on app data for decisions
• ❌ Damages from unauthorised access
• ❌ Third-party service failures

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for P1T Pro in the 12 months before the claim, or zero for free users.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless P1T, its developers, and affiliates from claims arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or your prohibited conduct (see §06).

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• ✅ No personal information is collected
• ✅ Subscription handled entirely by Apple/Google

By using P1T, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

12 Termination

Termination by You

You may stop using P1T at any time by uninstalling the app or cancelling your subscription. You retain access to Pro features until the end of the current subscription period.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we discontinue the App. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Surviving Provisions: Intellectual Property (§07), Disclaimers & Warranty (§08), Limitation of Liability (§09), Indemnification (§10), and Governing Law (§16) survive termination.

13 Modifications & Updates

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the App, comply with legal requirements, or address new features. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification and app update release notes. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide at least 30 days notice for significant changes affecting your rights.

App Updates

We may release updates to fix bugs, add features, update F1 data, or improve performance. Updates may change app functionality or modify/remove features. We reserve the right to add new features (which may require Pro), and will make reasonable efforts to grandfather existing Pro subscribers when moving features to higher tiers. We recommend enabling automatic updates for the best experience.

14 Third-Party Services

Apple & Google

Subscriptions are managed by Apple/Google and subject to their terms and refund policies.

Firebase (Google)

We use Firebase for cloud data storage, anonymous analytics, push notifications, and cloud functions. See Firebase Terms.

External Links

P1T may contain links to social media (Discord, Instagram, TikTok) and external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites. Use at your own risk and review their terms and privacy policies.

15 Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content in P1T infringes your intellectual property rights, send a written notice to [email protected] including: your contact information, a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing material in the app, a statement of good faith belief, a statement of accuracy, and your signature. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

Dispute Resolution

Before taking legal action, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve it in good faith within 30 days. If unresolved, proceed to mediation, arbitration, or legal claim in the appropriate jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, disputes are resolved on an individual basis only — no class action lawsuits or consolidation with other users’ claims. This provision does not apply where prohibited by your jurisdiction.

17 Apple-Specific Terms (iOS Users)

These Terms are between you and P1T, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide support, and is not liable for any claims related to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Your use of P1T is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms and Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.

18 Google-Specific Terms (Android Users)

These Terms are between you and P1T, not Google. Google is not responsible for the App, has no obligation to provide support, and is not liable for any claims related to the App.

Your use of P1T is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

19 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war or civil unrest, internet service provider failures, third-party service outages, strikes, or pandemics. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service as soon as possible.

20 General Provisions

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with valid ones that most closely match the original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and P1T and supersede all prior agreements. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not transfer these Terms or assign your rights to another person. We may transfer these Terms to a successor entity or affiliated company and will notify you of material assignments affecting your rights.

No Partnership

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. You and P1T are independent entities.

Language & Interpretation

The official language of these Terms is English (UK). If we provide translations, the English version prevails in case of conflicts. Section headings are for convenience only. Words like “including” mean “including but not limited to.”

Compliance

P1T complies with GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, Apple App Store Review Guidelines, Google Play Developer Policy, and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

Accessibility

We are committed to accessibility: VoiceOver/TalkBack support, dynamic text sizing, colour contrast compliance, and keyboard navigation. Report accessibility issues to [email protected].

21 Disclaimer of Affiliation

P1T is an independent application:
